Eliminates homelessness,
   destroys nefarious taxes,
     achieves 0% unemployment,
       and has a stock market that goes up forever.

Somewhere on earth there must be some governing state or states
("country" or "countries") that own their central bank and don't practice usury.
This interactive brochure for the Tweito Economy is for central banks that shall not
use usury but instead shall create wealth for the average taxpayer.
This new economy relies on vouchers and money multipliers. Instead of creating
debt via interest rates, the central bank shall hand out money to enrichen
