Full-Time Employment Voucher
An End to Unemployment

This voucher is primarily for people that need jobs that require
employment but may have few skills.
Relax, there is a solution. The person can go out, get a job from an
employer and get paid for a penny a year. The employment voucher makes
up for the remaining salary.
If the employees have valuable skills or appeal, they will most likely
earn more than the voucher alone. They can be paid AND receive this $$$.
In this way, unemployment should fall to 0%.
Everyone that wants a job should be able to acquire one.
Another thing to consider is the uncommon workers that work two jobs
at full-time (40 hours) each. They will earn two voucher's worth of money.
