Upon the widespread acceptance of the lottery, people everywhere will put in
their old currency in order to buy lottery tickets.
Then, the winnings of the lottery tickets are denominated in dollars.
Likewise, the monthly stock market payout is in dollars.
Furthermore, the vouchers are denominated in dollars.
Finally, the banks only accept dollars.
After a year or two the whole economy will be set in dollars and
we will have a one world currency: the dollar.
That is a good thing.
