The Multiplier
The Multiplier is a powerful economic creation that was invented by Mark Tweito while he was living in Topeka, Kansas.
The Multiplier is a number that is used as a wealth creator for both sides in a transaction.
The usual figure of the Multiplier is around 100 (1 times 100... 1x100). We believe that is the best and most reliable figure for
wealth creation and simplicity of calculations.
Here is an example of the Multiplier:
I buy a coffee. The price is $2.00. The economic multiplier at a specific time could be set for something like 100x.
So $2 * 100 is $200. The cafe's revenue just increased to a staggering amount.
Because the cafe just made a lot of money, it can reduce the price of the coffee to say 10 cents.
Now it calculates to .10 * 100; The cafe made $10 and the customer only paid a dime ($0.10).
That is how the multiplier works.
Here is another example of the multiplier:
Pinball machines currently charge $1 to play. With the multiplier, we only have to charge a penny ($0.01).
If we use the multiplier the penny will be multiplied by one hundred and the machine's owner will earn one dollar.
Now we can discuss the Echo:
The echo (sometimes called the kickback) is the term used for when the business owner receives the multiplier
and decides to return some of the money right back to the buyer.
For example:
Customer Bill buys a coffee for $1.00.
The multiplier is 100x so Jane, the cafe owner, gets paid $100.
In order to have a frequent consumer, Jane can return $10.00 to Bill.
So, Bill ends up with $10 and a free coffee, all for $1.
Jane ended up with $90, which is much higher than what
she would've made without the multiplier.
